About me
I’m Debbie. I trained with the Mindspace Foundation, a CPCAB accredited provider for counselling professionals in Hampshire. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I have worked within counselling services supporting young adults through a government funded organisation, where therapy often focused on relationships, identity, emotional wellbeing and rebuilding confidence after difficult life experiences.
I currently work in private practice with adults across the UK offering online and telephone counselling.

Relationships can bring us the greatest joy in our lives, but they can also be a source of hurt, confusion and loneliness. Whether you’re struggling with a partner, family member, or friend, navigating estrangement, blended family dynamics, conflict, or finding yourself constantly walking on eggshells to keep the peace, therapy can help.
Together we can explore the patterns, emotions and experiences that shape your relationships and work towards creating healthier and more fulfilling connections.
